Welcome to Trip Zip. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Trip Zip's website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, requesting itinerary-planning services, or using any part of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.
Important: You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using Trip Zip, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
2. User Accounts
2.1 Account Registration
To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. We recommend using a strong password and enabling two-factor authentication when available. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Trip Planning, Subscriptions, and Third-Party Bookings
Trip Zip primarily provides AI itinerary planning and related digital tools. If you purchase a subscription, digital service, or use third-party booking options through the platform, the following applies:
- Trip Zip is not the merchant of record for third-party travel services unless expressly stated at checkout
- Subscription prices and Trip Zip service fees are displayed at checkout in the stated currency
- Payments for Trip Zip subscriptions and digital services are processed through our payment partners
- If you complete a booking with a third-party provider, that provider is responsible for availability, confirmation, fulfillment, and travel-service terms
- You are responsible for reviewing provider terms, cancellation rules, visa requirements, and travel details before purchase
- Additional fees, taxes, exchange-rate adjustments, or provider charges may apply to third-party bookings
- Prices and availability for third-party travel services may change until the provider confirms the transaction
Note: When you pay Trip Zip directly, the charge covers the Trip Zip service identified at checkout. Charges for third-party travel products are governed by the applicable provider or partner checkout terms.
4. User Responsibilities
As a user of Trip Zip, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You also agree not to:
Prohibited Conduct
You must not use the Services to engage in unlawful, harmful, or abusive behavior. Prohibited conduct includes harassment, fraud, and misuse of the platform.
Content Removal
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law without prior notice.
Account Integrity
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on Trip Zip is the property of Trip Zip or its content suppliers and is protected by international intellectual property laws.
6. Subscriptions, Cancellations, and Refunds
Trip Zip Refunds
Refunds may be available for Trip Zip-paid subscriptions or digital services only where required by law or expressly stated at checkout before purchase.
Service-Specific Terms
If a paid Trip Zip service includes a limited refund window, the applicable amount and timeline will be shown at checkout or in the relevant order terms.
Third-Party Purchases
Amounts paid to third-party travel providers are handled under that provider's cancellation and refund policy, not under Trip Zip's general terms.
Partner Checkout
If Trip Zip sends you to or embeds a partner checkout, the merchant of record, fulfillment party, and refund rules will be identified in the booking flow or provider terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
Trip Zip provides Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trip Zip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Acts or omissions of third-party service providers
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest)
- Technical failures or interruptions of Services
- Travel delays, cancellations, or changes by providers
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9.2 Arbitration
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except where prohibited by law.
